Shipping costs can be found in the table at the bottom of this page.

Items are dispatched from our warehouse within 24hrs and should arrive between 3-5 working days if you are in the UK, and up to 10 days for all other countries.

All orders are fulfilled by our third-party logistics company Huboo, who will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

Once you place an order we are unable to change order details (item/address) as your order will most likely have left the warehouse.

Import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and not included in the sale price.

For USA customers: As per the US Customs & Border Protection website, 'If the purchase price is below the $800 de minimis threshold, it should be admitted free of duty and tax.'
Returns policy

Due to the vacuum packaging we use for posting the Wonderbag, it makes it difficult to accept returns. As a result, we can only accept returns for unopened Wonderbags.

If you would like to return your item, please send your unopened Wonderbag to the following address: 'Huboo Ref 10306, Huboo Returns, Unit 2 More Plus, Central Park, Hudson Ave, Severn Beach, BS35 4EL', along with your Order Number. Please then notify us by sending an email to retail@wonderbagworld.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Wonderbag is not responsible for the cost of returning the item to the Huboo warehouse.

In the unlikely case that your Wonderbag is faulty, please contact us (retail@wonderbagworld.com) and we will try our best to find a solution.
